Buyer/Vendor flow

Buyer Vendor

Buyer creates and authorizes registration notifications in required COTs and sends to various vendors. On receipt of the filled in form buyer evaluates a vendor and registers him as vendor in Buyer's dynamic vendor database.

Vendor automatically receives registration notifications based on the matching of COT's and requests for the registration form, receives the registration form, fills the form along with the attachments and sends to the buyer for evaluation.

Buyer creates and authorizes web tender (Open or limited) notifications with the required images/attachments. Buyer sends the tender forms to vendors upon their request, receives tender offers, processes tender, opens tenders in stages, negotiates and awards. Acknowledgements for the tender form fee and EMD are also supported. Corrigendum related to tender is accommodated and can be sent at any point of time during the tender flow.

Vendor receives the notifications and request for tender forms by paying tender form fee. Submits filled-in tender form with the offer, EMD, attachments and updated registration form. Vendor can quote the best prices till the last moment of tender closing date. Vendor tracks tender openings in stages. Participate in negotiation through net meeting.
